Common Questions
Before you decide.
Very. Quartz scores a 7 on the Mohs hardness scale, putting it among the hardest countertop materials available. It's highly resistant to scratches, chips, and stains. Non-porous, so it never needs sealing.
One note: avoid prolonged exposure to high heat — use a trivet under hot pans, just like you would with most engineered surfaces.
We've cut thousands and thousands of slabs over the years. The lines we choose to showcase are the ones we trust most — the most consistent quality, the most natural-looking veining and movement, and the kind of finish you don't see on every block.

Most jobs go from measure to install in 2–3 weeks. We use precise digital templating and coordinate fabrication and install around your timeline. Rush jobs are possible — call us if you have a specific date.
Indoor use only. Quartz is not rated for exterior installations — UV exposure can cause discoloration over time. If you're planning an outdoor kitchen, we'll guide you to the right material at consultation.
